Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Jdump collects to run booking, the Launch Hub, client uploads, and project support.
Data we collect
Booking forms collect your name, email, selected time, IP address, browser metadata, and spam-prevention fingerprint.
Launch Hub accounts collect your name, email, password authentication records, session data, role, profile image, business details, onboarding answers, files, billing records, project updates, and site preview data.
Uploaded files may include logos, photos, PDFs, profile images, and other materials you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use this data to schedule calls, create Google Calendar and Google Meet invites, operate the client portal, manage uploads, show project progress, prevent spam or abuse, send account emails, and provide agreed services.
Vendors and infrastructure
We use Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 for hosting, database, and private file storage. Better Auth handles account authentication. Google Calendar and Google Meet handle booking events. Resend may send transactional email such as password reset links.
Cookies and local storage
We use necessary cookies or browser storage for authentication, sidebar state, consent state, and remembering site intro or tour preferences. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep account, booking, project, upload, billing, and consent records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or maintain business records.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting Jdump. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
Security
We use server-side authorization, private file storage, rate limits, origin checks, and signed file URLs. No system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so do not upload passwords, bank logins, card numbers, recovery codes, or highly sensitive records.
