Terms v2026-06-30 - Privacy v2026-06-30
Terms of Service
These terms set the working rules for discovery calls, Launch Hub access, uploaded client materials, website work, and third-party services.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate business information, reviewing project work, checking spelling, prices, policies, links, forms, legal claims, and business details before launch or approval.
You must not upload passwords, recovery codes, payment card numbers, bank logins, private health records, or other highly sensitive information unless we explicitly agree to handle it in writing.
Uploaded materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, photos, copy, testimonials, documents, profile images, product information, or other materials you upload or send to us.
You are responsible for claims, prices, promotions, testimonials, regulated statements, and intellectual property in the materials you provide. We may remove files or content that appear unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or abusive.
Website work and approvals
Websites, booking systems, loyalty tools, menus, SEO work, maintenance, and related systems depend on client-provided information, third-party services, and ongoing review. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, uptime, conversions, or business results.
When you approve a page, file, setting, launch, or change request, you confirm that you had a chance to review it and that it is acceptable for your business use.
Third-party services
Some features depend on Cloudflare, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Resend, domain registrars, payment providers, hosting platforms, browsers, APIs, or other vendors. Outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, provider bugs, or policy changes from those services are outside our control.
AI-assisted work
We may use software tools, automation, or AI-assisted workflows to draft, inspect, speed up, or improve work. You remain responsible for reviewing final business claims, legal claims, offers, prices, and content before use.
Account access
Launch Hub access is invite-only. Keep your account secure and tell us if you believe someone else has access. We may suspend access for abuse, spam, security risk, non-payment, or misuse.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jdump is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, or business-interruption damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Policy acceptance records
When you create an account, book a call, or confirm the latest policies in Launch Hub, we record the policy versions, acceptance time, email, IP address, browser user agent, and context for audit and dispute prevention.
